After receiving the payment receipt, the goods will be shipped out and the customer will promptly receive notice via e-mail about departure of the package, together with the AWB number by which he can follow on-line every step.
The delivery is made by the most important international couriers in about 3-4  working days.
This type of delivery doesn’t include any delivery appointment  or delivery after phone call at certain times; therefore if you have any special needs you can book your delivery at certain times or days paying an additional fee (booking must be indicated before the shipment is processed).Delivery is not scheduled on Saturday or Sunday and even on holidays.In case of any delays or mistakes, we remain at your disposal to try to solving any kind of problem.Please consider that, once entrusted with the delivery of the courier, we are no longer responsible, so it is at your responsibility to follow the tracking of the parcel on the internet through the code previously sent by e-mail; so the courier is to be contacted in case of delivery problems .
 

Goods delivery:

Our products travel with international prestige couriers that, in order to protect customers’ interests, ensure a basic insurance that refunds a part of the value if the product is damaged; if the customer requires a total insurance on the product he has to pay an extra that will be added to the total outlay. The insurance can be required prior placing the order and its cost will be communicated upon the goods value of the order.

To consider valid the basic insurance, customer has to follow some precautions, as follows:

1: Check contents integrity with the courier at the delivery or sign both goods delivery notes adding this caption: “Accepted goods unchecked”, in order to protect you in case of damages to products. Always store one of the two notes with this caption and courier’s signature. If you don’t follow these steps, we won’t be able to ask refunds or change the product after the delivery.

 2: Check that the number of packages corresponds to the number  indicated on the courier delivery note.

3: Check that each packaging is intact, so it’s not wet, ruined or misshapen.

 4: If the packaging looks damaged, customer has to write on the delivery note “Accepted goods unchecked” and the courier has to sign in order to confirm what the customer has written.If the courier refuses to sign it, customer must refuse the delivery and inform us as soon as possible.

5: BATHROOM ITALSTYLE – Customer has just 7 days to complaint in case of damages to the product and ask for a refund to the courier, so it’s essential that in case of clear or hidden damage the customer writes us an email attaching pictures of the product and his packaging within 5 working days. Only in this way we can help you to change the damaged product without any increase on you. We are not responsible in case the goods are not delivered, in case of late delivery or damages due the transport; these damages must be notified directly to the courier at the delivery and indicated on the delivery note. In case of unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect shipping address communication or addressee absence, the packaging goes back to the sender and the cost of the second shipping it’s on the customer.
